Customer Service Specialist with English

The main duties of the person employed on this position will be:

  • Active participation in the implementation of the SAP system and integration with the CRM system,
  • Participation in the creation of procedures and instruction in the Customer Service Office,
  • Process and manage customer orders from order receipt to product delivery (SAP / CRM),
  • Proactive communication with customers regarding any changes to fulfillment the order,
  • Receiving and registering complains and supervising the complaint process,
  • Providing customers with information regarding products, prices, delivery times, sampling and services,
  • Invoicing and monitoring of receivables,
  • Dealing with the client through all available communication tools (phone / mail / chat / platform),
  • Supporting the work of Key Account Manager.

Requirements:

  • English language proficiency enabling free business communication (speeking and writing),
  • Experience in customer service – minimum of 3 years experience in a production environment – at least
    one year,
  • Desirable: experience in SAP (or similar) and CRM,
  • Skilled in MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word),
  • Communicativeness, enthusiasm, professionalism,
  • Ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team,
  • Good time management and the ability to work independently.
