AIM OF THE PROJECT
The aim of the “Polimery Police” project includes, primarily:
SCOPE OF THE PROJECT
The investment project referred to as the "Polimery Police" project covers:
The PDH Unit is used for catalytic propane dehydrogenation process, as part of which propylene is to be produced with nominal capacity at a level of 400 thousand tons/8000 h.
The PP Unit will produce nominally 400 thousand tons/8000 h of polypropylene in total, in three types: homopolymers, impact copolymers and random copolymers. The plant producing different types of polypropylene will operate based on the following raw materials: propylene delivered from the PDH Unit and ethylene delivered from the Handling and Storage Terminal.
PP Logistics Infrastructure is the polypropylene storage, logistics and shipment area.
The Handling and Storage Terminal functions as a facility used for propane and ethylene storage and unloading from sea vessels and delivery of the said raw materials to the PDH Unit and PP Unit.
The Auxiliary Systems within the project include utilities systems, auxiliary systems and system of inter-facility connections. The above-mentioned systems are intended for protection of the necessary utilities required for operation of the PDH Unit, PP Unit and PP Logistics Infrastructure.
