Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. holds licenses for:

• Oleflex® technology for propylene production using the PDH propane dehydrogenation method - obtained in May 2015 from UOP (USA);
   
• Unipol technology for PP polypropylene production - obtained in January 2018 from Grace (USA);
   

Basic engineering designs of PDH and PP units were received:

• Engineering Design Specifications from UOP - December 2015.
   
• Process Design Package from Grace - May 2018.
   

FEED (Front End Engineering Design) documentation was developed, i.e. the preliminary detailed engineering design for the process part of the PDH unit - works were completed in 2016 by Technip Italy.

FEED documentation was developed for Auxiliary Systems and Interconnections - the works were completed in 2018 by ILF Consulting Engineers Polska.

The tender procedure for the selection of the EPC Contractor (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) was completed in May. The investment will be carried out “on a turn-key basis”, for a lump-sum price (the so-called LSTK Lump-Sum Turn Key formula).
