In November 2016, PhD Andrzej Niewiński was appointed President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. He graduated from Szczecin University of Technology, Faculty of Engineering and Economics of Transport. He worked for several years at the University of Szczecin, where he received his doctorate. He is the author of several dozen scientific publications. PhD Andrzej Niewiński is a manager with many years of experience in large companies, including companies from the chemical industry, specializing in, among others, financial management and production of the company, financial strategies. He worked as a CEO at ZM Agryf Sp. z o.o., Okechamp S.A., Drewpol Sp. z o.o., as a CFO at Z.Ch. "Police" S.A., and as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Drewpol Sp. z o.o.
Paweł Bakun has been the Vice-president of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. since August 2021. He is a lawyer by education. He has many years of experience in managing and supervising business entities. In the past, for many years he ran a consulting company and a legal adviser office, and also worked in managerial positions - since 2018 he was the director of SPZOZ MSWiA in Szczecin.
He also participated in Supervisory Boards, including PŻB S.A. and Spółka Restrukturyzacji Kopalń S.A. Until today he was Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Grupa Azoty Zakłady Chemiczne "Police" S.A.
PhD Aleksandra Ścibich-Kopiec has been the Vice-president of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. since May 2020.
S.A. She is an experienced manager, in director positions in the area of trade of plastic granulates, packaging films, laboratory chemicals and chemical raw materials. She graduated from Jagiellonian University, majoring in international relations, followed by a doctoral degree in management at Kozminski University in Warsaw and an MBA from Collegium Humanum - Warsaw School of Management. In 2021, she received a doctorate in social sciences in the discipline of management science and quality with distinction from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. She has coordinated many projects in the area of international cooperation. She is an expert on Industry 4.0 and the competencies of the future. She also gained experience as an academic teacher and rector's representative for research projects at the Ks. Jozef Tishner European University in Krakow. Ms. Aleksandra Ścibich-Kopiec, Ph.D., has been with Krakchemia S.A. in Krakow since 2018, where she served as Director of the Reagents and Chemicals Department, Director of the Granulates and Films Department and Commercial Director of the Krakow, Plock, Warsaw Branch.
