impact assessment (EIA) procedure. This is a requirement of the Act of 3 October 2008 on the provision of information on the environment and its
protection, public participation in environmental protection and on
environmental impact assessments (i.e. Journal of Laws 2017, item 1405),
the so-called EIA Act. This Act results, inter alia, from the
provisions of the following Act:
In accordance with the requirements of Polish and European law, public participation is an integral part of the EIA.
Information on public consultations will appear at the stage of environmental impact assessment.
The first stage of public consultations aimed at informing the public
and local government administration about the planned investment took
