On October 4th 2016 signing the letter of intent about capital involvement of Grupa Azoty S.A. in PDH project took place.  The ceremony of signing the letter of intent was honored with the presence of President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda. 

According to the intention of the signed document, parties declared the cooperation in providing the equity to complete the investment.

The only condition of innovative industry establishment is continuous development. Competing with worldwide industry is possible only trough investing in production of the highest quality of processed products. This is why the plan of this investment is so ambitious. Congratulations to Presidents for brave decisions – President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda, said.

The investment project covers the construction of the propane dehydrogenation plan to produce propylene. PDH Polska S.A., subsidiary company is responsible for the completion of the investment.
