On April 17, Grupa Azoty S.A. adopted a resolution to appoint Mr. Krzysztof Kołodziejczyk as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A., entrusting him with the role of Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
