The Quality Management System operating at Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. is compliant with the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard and serves, among others, to increase customer satisfaction and improve internal processes.
In Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. processes necessary for the efficient implementation of activities and meeting the requirements of interested parties were identified as part of the delivery of the products of the ”Polimery Police” Project. The process approach ensures ongoing supervision of the connections between individual processes in the system, as well as their mutual interactions. Identified processes are monitored for the effectiveness of the managed process.

Environmental protection is one of the most important sources of information about the Company.
By environmental management the Company means management processes so as to avoid or alleviate their impact on the natural environment by providing principles for compliance.
In its activities, the Company tries to take into account the process of adapting systems, procedures and business strategy to climate change.
Environmental management supports climate risk management and the adopted Strategy of the Grupa Azoty Capital Group for 2021-2030, which refers to the challenges posed to modern industry by the European Green Deal. Projects in the area of, among others: green industrial energy, the need to reduce emissions and decarbonization are presented in the Strategic Corporate Project "Zielone Azoty", based on 3 pillars:

The Occupational Health and Safety Management System compliant with the PN-ISO 45001:2018 standard is the result of the cooperation and commitment of all employees of the Company.
The aim of the occupational health and safety management system is to achieve continuous improvement of occupational safety activities.
Monitoring and performing measurements regarding occupational health and safety guarantees observation of working conditions, employee behaviour, results of actions taken to improve occupational health and safety conditions, in particular the identification of threats, assessment of occupational risk and analysis of the causes of accidents at work, occupational diseases and near-accident events.

The Risk management process is carried out periodically in the Company and runs throughout the entire organizational environment. The company constantly identifies threats related to aspects of its operations. The Company's list of risks is systematically updated, and those that are key to its operations are particularly supervised.
