The Contract provides for comprehensive maintenance services for the petrochemical complex being built under the Polimery Police project located in Police, comprising a PDH unit, a PP unit, a handling and storage terminal, auxiliary units, PP logistics infrastructure, and all equipment, infrastructure, site development and other elements necessary for its proper operation.

On September 16th 2022, representatives of Grupa Azoty met with senior executives of Hyundai Engineering Co., Ltd., the general contractor on the Polimery Police project. During the meeting, participants discussed the progress of construction works at the new complex and gas terminal.

The Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. announces the commencement of the qualification procedure for Members of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. with its headquarters in Police (Poland) at Kuźnicka Street 1.

Grupa Azoty is set to launch a refreshed version of its Idea4Azoty programme, which aims to facilitate collaboration between Grupa Azoty and providers of innovative solutions for industrial applications. The project is targeted at universities, research institutions and start-ups.

In connection with what is happening in Ukraine, companies of the Grupa Azoty Group are taking a number of initiatives to support Ukrainian refugees fleeing the war. The relief efforts of all state-owned enterprises are being coordinated by the Polish Ministry of State Assets and Ministry of the Interior and Administration.

On 28^th January 2022 the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins and the General Contractor - HyundaI Engineering signed Annex No. 3 to the EPC contract.
