On June 14, Grupa Azoty Polyolefins finalized an Amendment to the Stabilization Agreement initially signed on December 15, 2023, ensuring continued financing for the Polimery Police project. This agreement with 15 financial institutions extends the financing terms until July 31, 2024.
Following successful discussions with banks, Grupa Azoty Polyolefins signed an Amendment to the Stabilization Agreement, originally dated December 15, 2023, on May 29. The parties extended the financing conditions for the Polimery Police project until June 14, 2024. The Amendment involved 15 financial institutions.
By May 15, 2024, Grupa Azoty Polyolefins produced a total of 100,000 tons of polypropylene. This production milestone was reached during the startup and testing of guaranteed parameters at the PDH (propane dehydrogenation) and PP (polypropylene) installations, as well as at the AUX (auxiliary installations) and HST (maritime gas terminal).
On May 14, 2024, Grupa Azoty S.A. dismissed Mr. Zbigniew Sokal from the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A.
On May 10, 2024, the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. dismissed Paweł Bakun from his position as Vice President of the Management Board.
Following discussions and agreements with banks, on April 26, Grupa Azoty Polyolefins signed an Amendment to the Stabilization Agreement dated December 15, 2023, regarding the financing of the Polimery Police project. The parties agreed on the conditions under which the Financial Institutions will provide financing for the Project in the next period of the Stabilization Agreement, until May 29, 2024. The Amendment was signed with 15 financing institutions.
