Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. announces that on December 12 and 14, from 9:00 a.m. to 13.00 on the premises of the Polimery Police installation will be held unit area site drill in the scope of realization of scenarios of the Internal Operational and Rescue Plan of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins.

The Supervisory Board of Company announces the commencement of the qualification proceedure for members of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. with its seat in Police, at Kuźnicka 1.  

On November 24th 2023 , Andrzej Niewiński resigned from his role as a member and President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A.Mr Niewiński has been involved with the Company since 2016, holding the position of President of its Management Board. Personal reasons were cited as the reason for the resignation.

Grupa Azoty urgently advises caution regarding fraudulent video ads circulating online. This deceptive online content exploits Grupa Azoty’s name to lure internet users into clicking on links, falsely promising significant monetary rewards. Particularly misleading is the claim: “Poles earn from PLN 16,000 with Grupa Azoty.” These ads also improperly display Grupa Azoty’s logo and feature images of select Company facilities.

We inform that on July 06, 2023, Ms. Wioletta Wiercimak, submitted her resignation from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A.

Ter Hell Plastic GmbH will be the distributor of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins’s polypropylene product, Gryfilen^® across the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg), and Central and Eastern European markets (Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovenia, Bulgaria). In March 2023, Ter Hell Plastic GmbH was also named as the distributor for Gryfilen^® in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
