On 28th January 2022 the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins and the General Contractor - HyundaI Engineering signed Annex No. 3 to the EPC contract.
ORLEN Paliwa, Zarząd Morskiego Portu Police and Grupa Azoty Polyolefins have signed a letter of intent concerning potential construction by ORLEN Paliwa of an LPG terminal on the premises of the sea port in Police. The cooperation would involve use of the wharf currently being built by Grupa Azoty Polyolefins for the Polimery Police project.
Management Board and Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. passed resolutions on the conditional conclusion of an annex to the contract with Hyundai Engineering, the General Contractor of the Polimery Police project.
In 2021, we achieved 83.23% material progress in the project. The majority of devices and apparatuses are already on the construction site. Thus, we are almost approaching the end of the supply phase.
On October 29th, Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. concluded an agreement regarding cooperation in the field of education with the Poviat Starosty in Police.
Consolidated revenue for the third quarter of 2021 was PLN 3,882m, up PLN 1,466m year on year. EBITDA came in at PLN 300m (up PLN 50m year on year). However, comparable EBITDA adjusted for one-off items comprising sectoral compensation payments and the government anti-crisis shield scheme was PLN 130m higher year on year in the third quarter of 2021. EBITDA margin was 7.7%.
