Customer Service Specialist with German

The main duties of the person employed on this position will be:

process and manage customer orders from order receipt to product delivery (SAP / CRM),
proactive communication with customers regarding any changes to fulfillment the order,
receiving and registering complains and supervising the complaint process,
providing customers with information regarding products, prices, delivery times, sampling and services,
invoicing and monitoring of receivables,
dealing with the client through all available communication tools,
supporting the work of Key Account Manager.
